Every piece is made to order with a shipping delay of 8 weeks.
An initial meeting is set via an appointment (digitally, at the store or during a trunkshow) to understand your needs and present our work.
First time clients who purchased online will be contacted as well to double check their sizing choice.
Following this conversation we will suggest you models, fabrics and determine your sizing and adjustments for confirmation and production.
2. Fitting & delivery
After 8 weeks following the order confirmation, we will contact you to either ship your order or meet at the store for a fitting before delivery.
We make sure all is fine and store your pattern for future reference.
3. Follow up & curation
As we want you to be fully satisfied, we keep in touch in order to see if the piece ages well and explore eventual future pairings or pattern refinements.

Our Grand Couture program is about bespoke and special order commissions.
It is available for existing clients at our store and during trunk shows.
Additional fittings and shipping delay might occur depending on the project.
1. Project refinement
Knowing each other already, the conversation will be about refining the project and its execution.
Measurements are taken and additional sourcing, fitting toile, pricing and shipping delay are defined at this stage.
2. Fitting & delivery
If a fitting toile is needed, its fitting will occur 8 weeks following the project confirmation.
Otherwise, the final piece will be ready for shipping or delivered in store 8 weeks following the project confirmation.
We make sure all is fine and store your pattern for future reference.
