Made in France
Every Lutays piece is made to order in France by expert local artisans. Our Couture program is available online, in store and during trunk shows, with an approximate production and shipping lead time of 6 to 8 weeks.

1. Meeting & selection
A private appointment - digital or in store - allows us to understand your needs and define the right piece, fabric and size before production begins.

2. Fitting & delivery
Approximately eight weeks later, your piece is ready for delivery or collection. We ensure the fit is right and record your measurements.

3. Follow-up & curation
We remain available after delivery to refine fit, advise on future pieces and build a wardrobe tailored to your preferences.
Grande Couture
Bespoke and special commissions for existing clients, available in store and during trunk shows. Additional fittings and lead times may apply depending on the project.

1. Project refinement
Building on our existing relationship, we refine the project together, defining measurements, materials, fittings, pricing and timing before the commission enters production.

2. Fitting & delivery
If required, a fitting toile is prepared within approximately eight weeks. Otherwise, the finished piece is completed for delivery or collection within the same timeframe.

3. Follow-up & curation
We remain available after delivery to refine the fit, assess how the piece evolves and guide future commissions based on your preferences.
